Periodic Safety Verification prevents this safety drift by confirming that machinery continues to operate in the safe condition it was originally approved in.
Typically carried out annually, we test safety functions, inspect guards and interlocks, check safety-related electrical systems, verify lockout and isolation arrangements, and identify any degradation, bypasses, or unauthorised modifications. Every verification includes a clear report of what was tested, what passed, and any corrective actions required.
