What we do:
For sites with dozens or hundreds of machines, the challenge is rarely identifying a single issue. It is knowing where to start. Sitewide Machinery Risk Prioritisation provides a clear, evidence-based view of risk across your entire machinery park, helping you focus resources where they will have the greatest impact.
Using a consistent methodology based on the principles of EN ISO 12100 and machinery safety requirements for equipment in use, we review each machine against the same criteria. Rather than carrying out a full assessment of every asset, we identify the significant hazards, major compliance gaps, and highest-risk machines, creating a comparable and defensible basis for prioritisation.
The outcome is a plant-wide report that ranks machines by priority and highlights the key findings for each. It provides a practical roadmap for improvement, showing which machines require immediate attention, which can be addressed later, and where safety investment will deliver the greatest reduction in risk.
From there, priority machines can progress into detailed risk assessment, targeted safety upgrades, or, where substantial modifications have been made, conformity assessment and CE marking. The result is a structured, manageable approach to machinery safety, giving you clarity, control, and a prioritised plan for improvement across your site.
Summary
Machine safety
Machine safety means spotting risks before they cause harm, to your people or to your budgets and production not just checking compliance boxes. Your safety team reviews equipment changes early, updating or creating safeguards as needed. This proactive step happens before problems arise, so your project finishes safely and on track.

Machine Safety Services
Risk Assessment Report
Following EN ISO 12100, we take your machine from limit definition through hazard identification to effective risk reduction, bringing risk down to an acceptable level in line with the state of the art.
Technical Documentation
A structured, audit-ready dossier developed throughout the project lifecycle, capturing all required compliance documentation and engineering evidence. Finalised at completion to support the client’s Declaration of Conformity.
Safety – Front End Engineering Design Study
A front-end engineering design process that translates identified risks into practical, costed solutions. Each hazard is paired with a defined concept, implementation roadmap, and budget estimate to support informed decision-making.
Safety Design & Implementation
Detailed safety engineering covering functional safety specification, electrical and hardware design, safety PLC programming, and system integration to deliver compliant, robust, and maintainable safety solutions.
Safety Verification & Validation
A rigorous testing and evaluation process confirming that all safety measures have been correctly implemented and perform as intended, in line with standards such as EN ISO 13849 and EN 60204-1.
CE Marking
Get ahead of the new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230. We provide end-to-end compliance support, from conformity assessment and technical documentation to final CE marking preparation, ensuring a smooth path to your Declaration of Conformity under both current and future rules
Authorised Representative
Non-EU machinery manufacturers need an EU-based representative to place machinery on the European market.
